Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
• Payment must be completed at checkout using one of our accepted methods: bKash, SSLCommerz, Visa, Mastercard, or Cash on Delivery.
• Cash on Delivery is available for orders within eligible areas.

Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days for standard shipping and 1–2 days for express.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to courier or weather conditions.
• Free shipping is available on orders above BDT 1,000.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. In case of a significant error, we will notify you and offer a full refund or correction.
