How will I order?
You can order books by searching books or by browsing books. And even by using book details page.
First way:
If search term produces search result, you will find Add To Cart link in each book. If you click the ADD TO CART link, the book will be added to the shopping cart. For several books you can do the same. After adding books in the cart you can view the list of books added to cart by clicking the Your Cart link in the top of any page. Below the list of books you will find a button PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. If you click that button you will be directed to the checkout page. In that page you will find PLACE YOU ORDER button. If you click that button your order will be completed showing a confirmation message.
Second Way:
In left side of the home page there is a list of category. If you click any category, subsequent sub-category will be displayed in the mid panel of the page. If you click the accompanying plus sign of a sub-category, subsequent subject list will be expanded. If you click any subject, book list will arrive in the page. Each book will be accompanied with a ADD TO CART link. To make order rest of the task is as above.
Third way:
If you click any book title link, you will be directed to the book details page of the respective book. In that page you will find BUY IT NOW button, if you click that button, the book will be added to shopping cart and the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button will be visible. If you click that button you will be directed to the checkout page. In that page you will find PLACE YOU ORDER button. If you click that button your order will be completed showing a confirmation message.
When will my order be despatched?
If your item is in stock, it will be picked either the day we receive the
order, or the next working day depending upon the
shipping options you chosen. Most of our stock is picked from our store
located in Dhaka.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This will depend on your location and your chosen
shipping options. For in stock items, inside Dhaka city you will receive the
books usually within 48 hours if political or other conditions are in favor. 48 is the upper limit. If you choose same day shipping option, you can expect to receive the book within 4 hours.

What are your shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends upon your
shipping options.

- Same Day Shipping:
BDT 30.00 for first book and BDT 5.00 for additional each book.
- Next-day Shipping:
BDT 25.00 for first book and BDT 10.00 for additional each book.
- Two-day Shipping:
BDT 20.00 for first book and BDT 10.00 for additional each book.

- Standard Priority Shipping:
Shipping costs US$ 7.00/kg of books with currency INR/USD/GBP.
- Expidited Shipping:
Shipping costs US$ 12.00/Kg of books with currency USD and US$ 10.00/Kg of books with currency INR/GBP.
MANAGING MY ORDER
Where is my order?
Please log onto YOUR ACCOUNT. In that section you will find PURCHASE HISTORY button, if you click that button a history list will appear.Every item of the list is for different purchase order. If you click any link of the list, you will be directed to respective Purchase Details page. That page will let you know the present status of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, if the order has not yet been processed. Please log onto YOUR ACCOUNT. In that section you will find PURCHASE HISTORY button, if you click that button a history list will appear.Every item of the list is for different purchase order. If you click any link of the list, you will be directed to respective Purchase Details page. In the bottom of that page you will find a table, comprised with the items of the order. Each row is accompanied with a CANCEL button. If the order is not yet processed, the CANCEL button will allow you to cancel the order of respective item.
What will I do if I have only received part of my order?
- If only part of the order was available, we despatch that straight away
and send the rest of the items as we receive them from the publisher.
- The item was found to be damaged or faulty.
- We will replace the item. Any postage costs for returning the faulty item
and sending out a replacement will be the responsibility of Trim Education.
- We will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before despatching a new
one.
What will I do if the item was incorrectly supplied.
- (If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund including postage
costs) will be given for the incorrectly supplied item.
- We will require you to send the item back to us at our cost.
- In all cases, items should be returned in their original packaging to:

Please allow 15 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed.
What happens if my order fails to arrive?
Please do check your account to ensure that the order has been
despatched. If that is the case and you could reasonably expect to have received
by now, then please do contact our customer service department. They will
investigate on your behalf.
What happens if my order arrives damaged in some way?
Please do contact our customer service department who will arrange
replacements or a refund.
Where do I go to collect my order?
You don’t need to collect. Once we have received your purchase order our
delivery executive or courier service will supply you the books to your shipping address.
PAYING FOR MY ORDER
How do I pay for my order?
You will pay the total amount immediately after receiving the books to
our delivery executive or courier service. We will require cash payment. We are unable to receive
cheque payment from individual customers. But in case of large organization or university authority we can accept cheque payment.
What is your pricing policy?
Trim Education aims to reflect the most accurate information on book
prices at all times. We supply items at the publisher's recommended price except
where a specific discount is offered. We will make reasonable efforts to present
accurate information but we cannot guarantee the price or our ability to supply
any particular book.
MANAGING MY ACCOUNT
How do I change my shipping address?
Once you have signed in to the Your Account menu. You will then have the option
to change your shipping address. Before typing new shipping address please click
edit button. Type your new shipping address in the appropriate textbox and click
on update. Your shipping address will now have updated. There is another way of changing shipping address, when you finally proceed to checkout, you will be given a chance to change your shipping address if you feel necessaary.
What will I do if I have lost my password?
If you are unable to remember your password you can click on the link just below
the sign in button. You will then be asked a security question. If you answer the
question correctly we will the send an e-mail to you with a new password. Should
you still be experiencing difficulties then please do not hesitate to contact our
customer service department.
What will I need to change my e mail address and phone no?
That's okay, simply sign in with your existing user ID and go to the Your Account
menu on the top side of the screen. Click on email & phone no button which will
let you to change your email address and phone no. Before typing new email address
and/or phone no please click edit button. Type your new e-mail address and/or phone
no in the appropriate textbox and click on update. Your e-mail address and/or phone
no will now have updated.
What will I need to change my password?
That's okay, simply sign in with your existing user ID and go to the Your Account
menu on the top side of the screen. Click on password button which will let you
to change your password. Before typing new password you have to provide old password.
To confirm change please click on update. Your password will now have updated.

What do you do with my data?
Trim Education recognises the concern of our customers regarding privacy of information. All information you
give to Trim Education is stored securely, and is not accessible to other users. Rest assured that any
information you give to Trim Education will not be distributed to any other company outside of the Trim
Education Group or its affiliated partners.
- We are committed to protecting your privacy.
- We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with
the best possible service.
- The type of information we will collect about you includes:
Name,address,phone number,email address
- We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

Our Customer Services team are available 9:AM-9:PM to answer any questions regarding your order and possible
purchases you wish to make.
What is your complaints procedure?
We aim to offer the best service possible but recognise that from time to time things may go wrong that are
beyond our control. We would aim to resolve any complaint as soon as possible and recommend you contact
Customer Services as soon as you can.
